Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp. fresh ground coffee beans (we recommend our Colombian Coffee Beans)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 x 1 ounce shots of coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua or Baileys (or coffee cream for non-alcoholic version)
- Whip cream to garnish
Place your coffee, cocoa and cinnamon in a cone filter. Pour boiling water over filter to brew 4 cups of coffee.
Place one shot of liqueur in each mug used for serving and top up with the freshly brewed coffee. Garnish with whip cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. You can also add a chocolate covered coffee bean or a cinnamon stick for added garnish.
